The Broward County community is blessed with individuals who devote their time, energy and resources to grow our businesses, serve our not-for-profit boards and tackle difficult issues that challenge our future.

These visionaries are gift-givers who selflessly step outside their own successful lives to ensure opportunity for those who follow, especially those who need a boost to achieve their dreams. Roy and Kathryn Krause and their family epitomize the definition of visionaries, Roy providing leadership in the Broward Workshop, United Way, Mission United and the American Red Cross while Kathryn impacts countless lives through HANDY, Junior Achievement and the Broward County Guardia ad Litem Program.

The Krauses sought the perfect partner to continue their contributions to our community and found that partner in Broward College. Broward College has been recognized as one of the top 10 community-based colleges in America.
