Alumni Spotlight

Tiffany Nelson earned an A.A. degree at Broward College and a B.S. in Psychology at Florida State University. She is now working towards earning an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling at Stetson University. She is an aspiring Clinical Pediatric Neuropsychologist, who also has a knack for Business Development, Nonprofit Management, and Small Business Consulting. As a second-year student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, she has combined her interest in business development to start and grow her own 501(c)3 nonprofit organization named Counselors Of Color which is entirely donor driven. Her vision is to destigmatize mental illness, educate families on mental illnesses and possible risk factors, create a profound community of mental health professionals of color, and more!
