Alumni Spotlight

Sianne Powe was a dual enrollment student at BC. After BC she went to the University of Florida where she earned her B.S. in Agricultural Education, Communication, and Leadership Development. She is currently working towards earning her MS in Sustainability Management at Columbia University. She currently has an internship as a Communications Intern at United Nations Global Compact. UN Global Impact is a voluntary initiative based on CEO commitments to implement universal sustainability principles and to take steps to support UN goals. Some of the educational positions she has previously held include being a Corps Member at Teach For America, where she taught 7th grade math; and, an Instructor at Columbia Climate School in the Green Mountains, where she gave educational sessions to high school students about climate change.
