Alumni Spotlight

Sheila Hernandez Desinat earned her A.A. and her BAS, Supervision and Management, at BC. She then earned her MBA at Nova Southeastern University. She is the Administrative Specialist at Broward County Aviation Department. Some of the tasks she performs include monitoring FMLA/Sick leave, travel coordinator, performance measures facilitator billing & more. She is a lover of all things people, an avid volunteer, and an Army Veteran. She is part of the Focus Forward Fellowship, a military family research institute at Purdue University.
