Noel started his post-secondary education at Broward College with an Associate of Science degree in Health Information Technology Management and Bachelor of Science in Technology Management. He then went on to Florida State University College of Law where he completed a Juris Master (JM) of Degree with concentration in Healthcare Regulation. Noel is also a Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC), Certified Durable Medical Equipment Specialist (CDME) and a subject matter expert (SME) for the most recent revision of the CDME exam. He is also a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE). Noel Neil currently serves Vice President of Auditing and Corporate Compliance at ACU-Serve Corp., where he is responsible for implementing and monitoring of the company’s corporate compliance program. He also offers audit defense and policy specific education and guidance to ACU-Serve’s existing clients. He represents multiple suppliers in practically all types of Medicare audits from initial request all the way to the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and in some cases the Depart of Appeals Board (DAB). About his time at Broward College Noel says: “I enjoyed my tenure at Broward College. Broward College is the foundation upon which so many students develop their professional and academic career.
