Alumni Spotlight

Chanice A. McClover-Lee earned her A.A. at BC and is continuing her education at Howard University. She is the Owner and Founder of Baked by Chanice, a vegan bakery in Washington, D.C. At the age of 17, she began baking and selling cookies at her local farmer’s market, and at the age of 19, she opened her own bakery. She is also an author of two books; Young Revolutionary and GEN Z SPEAKS. Chanice is an activist, author, speaker and blogger who has dedicated her life to promoting social awareness among black teens.
