Analexis Faust earned an A.A. at BC. She then earned a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. in Human Resources Management and Services at Florida International University. She is the Human Resources Business Partner at Hotwire Communications Ltd. Hotwire Communications is one of the nation’s leading fiber optics telecommunications providers specializing in multi-family communities. Analexis is a champion in employee relations, performance/strategic management, learning & development, and relationship building. She started off at Hotwire Communications as a Human Resources Coordinator and worked her way to the position she is now.
