The 37th Annual Broward College Golf Classic raised more than $100,000 for the First Generation in College Scholarship. Thanks to Florida’s 2:1 state match, the event tripled its impact, helping students with financial need become the first in their families to attend college.

Golfers also enjoyed a buffet breakfast before teeing off, as well as beverages and snacks along the course, a cocktail reception and buffet lunch, silent and live auctions, and a raffle. Live auction items included a two-night stay at Resorts World Bimini(Hilton) and two seats on a scheduled service seaplane with a water landing to Bimini, Bahamas, courtesy of Tropic Ocean Airways; and a two-round-trip JetBlue flight plus a two-night stay in an Arlo Hotels property.
