Bicky Khosla Patel earned an A.A. at BC and continued her education at Florida Atlantic University where she double majored in business management and health services administration. After FAU she earned an MBA at Florida International University. She is a Sourcing Specialist at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Bristol-Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and delivering innovative medicines for patients with serious diseases. Some of her job responsibilities include managing an ongoing load of 15-32 exempt level positions, creating recruiting strategies and plan in coordination with hiring managers, prepare offers and develop relocation packages, and more.
