Katherine earned her A.A. at BC, her Bachelor's degree at FAU, and her Master's at University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Prior to starting her position at Henderson Behavioral Health, she was an Adjunct Professor at South College, a Graduate teaching Assistant at UT, Knoxville and has also held various other roles including Youth Service Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Club. "Many of the best memories that I have during my college career have been at this wonderful college that I hold in great esteem!

Misty Alicea started off at Oral Roberts University where she double majored in International Business and Music Ministry. She then continued her education at BC and earned a B.A.S. in Human Resources Management and Supervision. She is the Director of TransGender Services, Women's Services, as well as Training and Education at Sunserve. Sunserve’s mission is to provide critical life assistance and professional mental health services for the LGBTQ community in the greater South Florida metropolitan area. Misty splits her time between Case Management and giving LGBTQ / Transgender Sensitivity Trainings to the community. Misty is a highly celebrated and award-winning entertainer, emcee, educator, journalist, drag queen and makeup artist.

Thomas Allison earned an A.A. at Broward College, a B.A. in History and a J.D. at the University of Florida, and an MBA at Kennesaw State University. He is an Attorney at Byrd Campbell PA. As an Attorney he has handled a broad range of commercial litigation, including high-profile banking litigation, business disputes and business torts, estate and trust disputes, cost-effective e-discovery efforts, and pro bono. Thomas was also named Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers in 2010.

Sahira earned both her A.A. and her bachelor's degree at BC. She develops, coordinates, and executes seminars, workshops, and events to communicate strategies aimed at improving students’ college readiness within Central Broward County. She provides students with information and resources to successfully prepare them for post-secondary educational and career opportunities.

Shekeisha earned her A.A. degree from BC, a Bachelor’s and Masters degree from FAU, and will complete her Ph.D. next year. Shekeisha is a highly experienced clinical professional who values client care and seeks to treat each client with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Philomena Abreu Campbell, Psy.D.

Philomena Abreu Campbell got her start at BC by earning her A.A. She then continued her education and earned her B.S. at Nova Southeastern University, her master’s and Psy.D. at Albizu University Miami Campus. Philomena is currently a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Bay Area Neuropsychology, LLC. Here, she conducts outpatient neuropsychological evaluations of neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions affecting children and adolescents. She also supervises and trains University of South Florida undergraduate students of Psychology.

Rhoda Glasco Foderingham

Rhoda Glasco Foderingham graduated from BC with her A.S. She then earned her B.S. from FSU, her M.R.P. from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and her J.D. from FSU where she was the first black female accepted into housing of the Southern Scholarship Foundation of FSU. Following law school she worked with the Florida Department of Community Affairs and the Florida Legislature before returning to South Florida. For her last position she worked as an Assistant City Attorney at the City of Coral Springs and retired in 2012. She is currently Chair of the Board of the Southern Scholarship Foundation, which is a foundation that offers free housing and cooperative living to students who lack financial resources, demonstrate excellent academic merit, and exemplify good character while attending institutions of higher education.

She is the Associate Attorney at Peterson Bernard. Peterson Bernard is a Florida-based litigation firm that provides a wide range of legal services to insurers.
