Stephanie Lacoude

Stephanie earned her AA at BC and continued her education at FAU, earning a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Stephanie is also a Certified Childcare Provider, equipped with experience in CPR and health, safety, and nutrition training. SOS4kidz is an acronym for Stephanie’s Original Services for kids. Its primary objective is to provide childcare and educational assistance to families and children in need.

Priscilla Louis earned an A.A. from Broward College. She then continued her education at the University of Florida where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a master’s degree in International Business. She is a Middle School Mathematics Teacher at Uplift Education. Priscilla is a first year Teach for America Corps Member that teaches 7th and 8th grade math. She also serves as the school's Staff Culture Co-lead and the Student Council advisor. Priscilla hopes to one day be able to open a non- profit organization of her own that targets the issue of education inequity in society.

"I fell in love with higher education during my first year of college at BC, where I quickly realized that the representation of women in higher education was low. I made it my mission to change that narrative!" She received her A.A. degree with highest honors, from the Honors College, earned her Bachelor's Cum Laude from UCF Honors College, and earned her Master of Arts at UCF, where she was crowned Miss University of Central Florida 2019.

Jenny Rainey

Jenny Rainey earned an AA at BC, a bachelor’s in Business Management at the University of South Florida, and a MS in Counseling Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. She is a Health Science Advisor at Broward College. She started here at BC as a Youth Success Coach and recently she advanced to the position she now holds. As a Health Science Advisor, she provides academic advisement and consultation of prospective, current, and former Career and Technical Education (CTE) students within the health science program. Jenny is also the CEO of Ladies of Alpha & Omega Incorporated.

Steve Rios earned an A.A. at Broward College, a B.A. in Political Science, and an Ed.D in Adult Education at Florida International University. He is the Senior Director, DCF Positive Pathways Program at Educate Tomorrow, Corp. Positive Pathways is a program funded by Florida Department of Children and Families and administered by Educate Tomorrow. Steve is also the President at Rios Research & Evaluation. It focuses on helping non-profit and educational organizations capitalize on their data by helping them show their impact and value, and helping them gauge their progress toward their goals. About his time at BC, he shares, “I graduated from BC. As a 17-year-old freshmen I felt at home and welcomed. I can’t remember ANY experiences that were not valuable and encouraging.”

Brandon earned his A.A. degree from BC, with honors, and his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. While at BC, Brandon was involved in the Honors Student Committee, Political Science Club, and Model United Nations. Brandon currently works for the University of Florida as a Process Coordinator.

Nerissa got her start at BC and then continued her education at Nova Southeastern University were she earned her bachelor's in Theatre. She is an award-winning, paradigm shifting work has been presented across the world. She has presented for TED and SXSW and other highly acclaimed organizations. She helps passionate men and women amplify their voice for community change.

Yaron Zoller got his start at BC and earned his A.A. He then continued his education and earned his B.Sc. and M.A. from Florida Atlantic University and his D.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University. He shares, "BC was the first higher education institution I attended in the US. Twenty years and three degrees later, I still remember the ESL classes which felt like stepping into the United Nations and were a lot of fun. This was the foundation that encouraged me to play a large role in the business world, and inspired me to share my knowledge with students as an educator."
