Melissa Mills earned her A.S. with a focus in Accounting at BC. She is the Executive Recruiter at Better Talent Staffing. Here she serves as the key contact between clients and candidates. She handles full-cycle recruitment which includes candidate identification, vetting, and assessment. Her expertise is targeted on talent for Business/Professional Services, Consumer Products, Industrial Products, Media/Advertising, Healthcare, Information Technologies, Life Science and Account Relationship roles.

Brenda got her start earning her A.A. degree at BC, and went on to earn her Bachelor's degree from FIU. She has held various leadership positions in government, including the role of Staff Assistant to US Senator Bill Nelson. Brenda shares the following, "I'm still amazed at the journey to get to this point. I joined the ULBC, not knowing much about servant leadership and over the course of five years, I've learned so much about it though YPN".

Gregoire earned his A.A from BC, his B.S from FSU, and his Master's of Science from University of Miami. He is the youngest person to have graduated from FSU. He developed a plethora of skills working in a wide range of stints in retail, sports, financial and start-up fields that provided a strong foundation for his sales career. He has an amazing roster of volunteer experience, working with 211 Broward, Big Brothers of America, American Cancer Society and FLITE Center of Broward College. These opportunities alongside the many internships in Marketing and Management, such as his internship with Morgan Stanley and the Philadelphia Eagles. He has a fierce passion for learning and an affinity for adaptability and evolution.

Noel started his post-secondary education at Broward College with an Associate of Science degree in Health Information Technology Management and Bachelor of Science in Technology Management. He then went on to Florida State University College of Law where he completed a Juris Master (JM) of Degree with concentration in Healthcare Regulation. Noel is also a Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC), Certified Durable Medical Equipment Specialist (CDME) and a subject matter expert (SME) for the most recent revision of the CDME exam. He is also a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE). Noel Neil currently serves Vice President of Auditing and Corporate Compliance at ACU-Serve Corp., where he is responsible for implementing and monitoring of the company’s corporate compliance program. He also offers audit defense and policy specific education and guidance to ACU-Serve’s existing clients. He represents multiple suppliers in practically all types of Medicare audits from initial request all the way to the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and in some cases the Depart of Appeals Board (DAB). About his time at Broward College Noel says: “I enjoyed my tenure at Broward College. Broward College is the foundation upon which so many students develop their professional and academic career. Its positive impact is beyond comprehension.”

Christele Nicolas, MBA

Christele Nicolas got her start at BC and earned her A.A. She then continued her education and earned her bachelor’s in Accounting at Florida Atlantic University and her M.B.A. at Mercer University. She is the Co-Founder at HamTECH Solutions, which is a consultancy firm specializing in worry-free tech solutions such as tech support, HIPAA management, and web design. Christele is also the Co-Founder of Macon Black Tech which provides a safe space place for creatives, ideators, and innovators in Middle Georgia.

Armando Barrio Nuevo earned a B.S. in Information Technology at Broward College. Before BC, he earned an A.S. at George T. Baker Aviation Technical College and a B.S. in Bio Medical Studies at Nova Southeastern University. After BC, he earned a Master’s in Business Administration and Management at Florida International University. He is the Vice President of Operations/Sr. Managing Director at AWP Windows and Doors. As the Vice President he oversees all aspects of the organization and provides leadership in areas including plant operations, production, quality control, scheduling, engineering, and more.

Tonja Nunnally earned her A.A. in Business Administration at BC. She is currently working as the Chief Marketing Officer at HMI FILM Studio, where she oversees the creation of all marketing materials. Tonja is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Her She Womens Empowerment Organization, which was created to help hurting women heal. She says, “I hope by sharing my story, it will help unlock someone else's prison.”

Bicky Khosla Patel earned an A.A. at BC and continued her education at Florida Atlantic University where she double majored in business management and health services administration. After FAU she earned an MBA at Florida International University. She is a Sourcing Specialist at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Bristol-Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and delivering innovative medicines for patients with serious diseases. Some of her job responsibilities include managing an ongoing load of 15-32 exempt level positions, creating recruiting strategies and plan in coordination with hiring managers, prepare offers and develop relocation packages, and more.

Bernard Paul-Hus is President and C.E.O of Hypower, Inc. which is one of the largest Full Service, State Licensed Electrical, General, and Utility Contractors in Florida, and employs over 400 dedicated professionals. He spent his youth working alongside his father, a Montreal native, who taught him the work ethic that has led him to be so successful. After attending Broward College, his experiences as a young leader taught him that in order to elevate and grow his company, he must adapt and be proactive. He is involved in various community outreach and volunteer opportunities, and was honored this year with the Ultimate CEO Award from the South Florida Business Journal, for his outstanding success.
