Ryan Thomas

Ryan Thomas earned an A.A. at BC and is working towards a B.A. in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at Florida Atlantic University. He is the Community Outreach Director at The City of Fort Lauderdale. He started off as Senior Data & Performance Outcomes Coordinator and worked through being an intern and a Project coordinator until he reached the position he currently holds. Many that have previously worked with Ryan describe him as someone who is always going above and beyond.

Kai got his academic start at BC, earning both an A.A. degree in economics, and an A.S. degree in accounting. He continued his education at FSU, where he was a triple major student, earned three B.S. degrees in management information systems, marketing and retail management. Kai is also a US Army Veteran, a top self-published author of five books, and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Najiva Timothee earned a degree in Business Management and Leadership at Broward College. She is the CEO and Founder of The Consult Table. The Consult Table helps small business owners develop their leadership qualities and skills and is designed to serve and inspire leaders. Najiva is also a Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with The John Maxwell Team. She supports and serves aspiring and ambitious leaders to grow, develop, fulfill their potential.

Robert Vazquez earned an A.A. and a B.A.S. in Management & Supervision at BC. He is the Director of Lifestyle Services at Beam Living (a Blackstone Portfolio Company). Beam Living creates and manages apartment rental communities throughout New York City. Robert ensures a happier city-life for NYC residents across multiple properties. People that have previously worked with Robert describe him as being passionate, creative, and able to inspire others.

Broward College has given Shane the foundation in Accounting to be recognized as a Worlds Ahead Distinguished Graduate by Florida International University - College of Business in 2018. He currently serves as a Logistics Officer for the National Guard. Where he uses his skills in data analytical to develop and improve operations within the army.

Sereatha is the CEO at Harmonies Brew LLC, a coffee company that was created to support our sister nonprofit organization Harmonies of Hope Inc. She is the executive director of Harmonies of Hope, a performing art after school program, where she is determined to provide equal access to the performing arts regardless of income.

Jassiah Weberhofer earned A.A. at BC, a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University of Houston, and an A.A. with a focus in Human Resources at Houston Community College. She is the Co-Owner of The Little Llama Store as well as the Owner of The Little Cravings. The Little Llama Store delivers 100% Pima cotton baby clothes from Peru’s top merchants. As the Co-Founder and managing member she is responsible for cost budgeting, imports & custom logistics management, inventory tracking, and sales & client relationship management.
