Margaret Delmont Sanchez earned her A.A. at BC and is continuing her education in Sustainable Development Management at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She is the Founder & CEO of Magnify Fund, which is dedicated to helping corporations and non-profit organizations improve sustainability and growth. She has 20 years of experience working in the Non-profit world, some of which include being a Board Member of the Presidential Mission of Latin America, Sustainability Coordinator for CareerSource Broward, VP/CDO Hispanic Unity of Florida, Zambrano Foundation CEO, Community Relations at JGA Marketing and more.

Robert Scavone Jr. earned his A.A. at BC. He then continued his education and earned his B.A. in Political Science from FAU and his Doctor of Law from FIU. Robert was a recipient of FIU’s Torch Award from the FIU Law Alumni Association. As their president for two years, he made magnificent strides towards the overall advancement of the association.

Sherice earned both her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees at BC, with a focus in Supervision and Management in HR. She has a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry, and is skilled in communication, risk management, strategic planning, Westlaw, and Clio.

Since his graduation at Broward College, Ronnie founded Nordis Technologies, a leading innovative technology company that takes pride in making critical customer communications management fast and easy. As the founder and CEO for the past 25 years, his education at Broward College continues to reinforce his focus on ensuring that passion and drive is at the foundation of Nordis Technologies.

Gabriel Skura earned an A.A. at Broward College, a Bachelor’s in Advertising, and an M.S. in Management at the University of Florida. He is a District Manager – Total Source at ADP. ADP is a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unites HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration. Gabriel started out as an Associate District Manager – Resource and worked his way through 4 different positions to get to where he is now.

International Aviation Company in Fort Lauderdale
Rhonda Stephens earned an A.A. degree with a concentration in Accounting at BC. She then earned a B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and a M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University. She is now pursuing a D.B.A. in Strategic Management at Liberty University. She is the Controller of an International Aviation Company in Fort Lauderdale that provides repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of turbine engines and aircraft. Her role is to oversee the accounting for their locations in Florida, Singapore, and Ireland. Rhonda is also the Founder of Hope for Humanity Worldwide, Inc. which is a non-profit organization that provides free medical, dental, and vision care and relief items to underserved populations. Prior to the pandemic they travelled and provided aid in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Haiti, Guyana, Dominica, and the Bahamas.

Sergey Sterlyadev earned his A.A. at BC and his B.A. in Economics at Brown University. He is an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. Greenhill & Co., Inc. is a leading independent investment bank focused on providing financial advice on significant mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, financings and capital raising to corporations, partnerships, institutions and governments. In 2016, during his time at BC, Sergey was one of the 75 recipients of the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship, which is for students transferring from two-year community colleges to four-year baccalaureate institutions in the country.
L.P. Taylor Law
Loxanne Taylor earned an A.A. from BC, a B.Sc. in Criminal Justice from FIU, and a Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. She is currently working towards earning a Doctor of Business Administration. She is the Founder and Managing Attorney of L.P. Taylor Law, which is a boutique law specializing in immigration law, business law, and real estate law. Loxanne has earned plenty of knowledge and experience in many aspects of immigration and nationality law due to interning at some of the best immigration firms, and nonprofit organizations. She has a passion for immigration issues and has a nurtured entrepreneurial mindset.
