Rhonda Stephens earned an A.A. degree with a concentration in Accounting at BC. She then earned a B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and a M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University. She is now pursuing a D.B.A. in Strategic Management at Liberty University. She is the Controller of an International Aviation Company in Fort Lauderdale that provides repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of turbine engines and aircraft. Her role is to oversee the accounting for their locations in Florida, Singapore, and Ireland. Rhonda is also the Founder of Hope for Humanity Worldwide, Inc. which is a non-profit organization that provides free medical, dental, and vision care and relief items to underserved populations. Prior to the pandemic they travelled and provided aid in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Haiti, Guyana, Dominica, and the Bahamas.
